One of the most popular restaurants in Malaga or perhaps even in Spain!!, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what all the hype was about, so I decided to check it out myself. Wow… it did not disappoint! El Pimpi is loved by locals and tourists alike, and it really does feel like a must see spot. and I completely fell in love with this place. I went twice and enjoyed both visits. The food is incredible, the pork literally melted in my mouth, and even the avocado salad was fresh and delicious. The service is friendly, relaxed, and really attentive but not rushed us at all. Both times, the bill was around €38, which felt like such a great deal. Highly recommend!

A fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The service was very quick, and the menu was refreshingly interesting with plenty of unique options. The staff gave smart, thoughtful suggestions that made ordering easy. The highlight was the Shrimps in Pil Pil — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Reservations are recommended for indoor seating, as it fills up fast. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice tapas restaurant in Malaga. Great and friendly staff. Many traditional tapas options which are all very very tasteful. Normally we don't visit the same restaurant twice during a trip, but for this restaurant we made an exception. It is an incredibly busy restaurant, so making a reservation is highly recommended. Or you can try your luck, waiting times are usually 15-30 minutes, but definitely worth the wait! Highly recommended.
